DESCRIPTION	MagneBind^®400 is a dietary supplement that contains 400 mg magnesium carbonate USP and 200 mg calcium carbonate USP.
DIRECTIONS	Swallow 1 tablet with each meal as directed by the physician.
INDICATIONS	MagneBind^®400 is a dietary supplement that binds with dietary phosphate. By binding with the dietary phosphate, oral supplementation with magnesium and calcium can reduce absorption of dietary phosphate.* *This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
OTHER INGREDIENTS	microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, croscarmellose cellulose, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, talc, silicon dioxide NF, FD&C Red #40/Allura Red AC Aluminum Lake.
